1. Age restriction

This website and its services are strictly for persons aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By creating an account or using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe belong to minors.

2. AI-generated content

All images and videos produced by the service are synthetic, AI-generated outputs. They are fictional, may be inaccurate or unrealistic, and do not depict real events or real people unless a depicted person is explicitly and lawfully based on content you have the right to use. Outputs are provided for creative and entertainment purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload or distribute content that:

• depicts minors in any form, or any sexual content involving persons under 18;
• depicts real persons without their lawful consent (including deepfakes);
• violates any applicable law, or infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights;
• is used for harassment, fraud, or impersonation.

Violations may result in immediate termination and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Credits & billing

Credits are consumed per generation according to the published price list (100 per image, 500 per 5-second video, 1,000 per 10-second video). Credits reserved for a generation are refunded automatically if the job fails. Pack purchases are processed by Stripe (cards) and NOWPayments (crypto); completed purchases are final except where required by law.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of generated content.
